Job Overview

The Grocery Compliance Supervisor ensures full adherence to operational standards across all grocery branches. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering every aspect of grocery operations, from hiring to on-ground execution. Through audits, training, and process monitoring, the supervisor drives consistency, accuracy, and safety across the network, positioning Snoonu Grocery Operations as a benchmark for compliance excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and update SOPs for all grocery operations and ensure consistent implementation across branches.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance through regular audits, field inspections, and review reports.
  • Train and coach staff to achieve 100% SOP awareness and adherence.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Inventory teams to embed compliance into daily workflows.
  • Track and improve key metrics: SOP coverage, adherence rate, audit success, onboarding compliance, and incident reduction.
  • Drive automation initiatives such as digital checklists and AI-based compliance monitoring.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce deviations, order errors, and post-delivery complaints.
  • Ensure zero critical food safety violations and maintain high Merchant NPS scores.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SOP design, implementation, and audit processes.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and monitor large operational teams (300+ staff).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for compliance tracking and process automation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure consistency across multiple branches.
  • Education:

    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or Quality Management preferred.
  • Experience:

    At least 2-4 years of experience in operations, audit, or compliance, preferably in grocery, retail, or logistics.
