House Manager/Supervisor in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager/Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of a private household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a large household and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Manage and supervise all domestic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee household budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
• Plan and coordinate events, parties, and special occasions for the family
• Ensure the smooth running of daily household operations such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc.
• Maintain the household calendar and schedule appointments for family members
• Act as the main point of contact for contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the house
• Assist with childcare duties when needed

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager/Supervisor in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with budgeting and basic accounting principles
• Good knowledge of household management best practices
• Valid driver's license

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
