We are in search of an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This individual will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair to develop new recipes. They must also have excellent time-management skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Create and prepare various desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes
• Develop new dessert ideas and recipes that align with current trends
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role
• Must have experience working with both traditional and modern pastry techniques
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert ideas
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Diploma or degree in culinary arts or relevant field
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Salary: 1100$ per month
