Marjooram Trading, a prominent Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution company in Qatar, is urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader.
About UsWe specialize in delivering high-quality products across various sectors, ensuring exceptional market penetration and brand visibility. As we expand our footprint, we seek a strategic leader to head our sales division.
Role OverviewAs the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth across key channels, including Retail, Ho Re Ca , and School Canteens. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Formulating sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring sales team and individual SKU performance.
- Managing and expanding distribution across Retail, Ho Re Ca , and School Canteens.
- Proven FMCG leadership experience in Qatar.
- Strong existing relationships with Key Accounts & Catering Companies.
- Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory.
