Retail sales associate

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are labeled with accurate pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
• Promote sales by showcasing product features and benefits.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Process exchanges or returns according to company policies.
• Meet sales goals set by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling purposes.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Qatar residency or valid work permit.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems is an asset.

• Salary of 1,700 USD per month.
• Potential for commission based on sales performance.
• Full‑time employment (40 hours per week).
• On‑the‑job training provided.
