• - Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• - Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and process transactions accurately
• - Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience
• - Actively drive sales by promoting current promotions and upselling products
• - Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers
• - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

• - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• - Excellent communication skills in English
• - Fluency in Hindi would be an asset
• - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  - Ability to work well within a team environment
• - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
