Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are a leading retail company looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their shopping experience, ensuring excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.

• Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge to customers and assist them in making purchase decisions
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, restocking shelves and displays as needed
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and recording stock levels

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
