Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products to customers, and ensuring the overall success of the retail store.

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
• Meet sales goals and targets set by management
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner

• Previous experience in retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in either Urdu or Arabic for Pakistani candidates, or Arabic for Egyptian candidates
• Ability to work full-time hours without accommodation
• Must have a valid biometric passport from Pakistan or Egypt
