As an Indian national with fluent English proficiency, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to customers in Qatar's vibrant city of Al-Rayyan.

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as product information
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

• Fluency in English is essential, both verbal and written
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
