We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous retail experience or those looking to gain experience in the retail industry.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer needs
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:

Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:

This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Preference:
