We are a leading company in the retail industry and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify potential new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve targets
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
• Monitor competitor activities and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive in the market
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's products/services

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Knowledge of market trends and competition in the retail industry
