Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading retail company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. As an Indian national, you will have a strong understanding of the local market and consumer preferences.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for coaching and training the sales team to ensure they are meeting their individual targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As this is a contract position, candidates on their own visa will be given preference. The salary for this role is $1700 per month without accommodation provided.
