Sales Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. You will also lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them reach their targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Lead a team of sales representatives, providing training guidance and support
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against those targets
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry – minimum 5 years
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors and customer needs in the Al-Rayyan area
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic language skills are a plus
• Valid work permit for Al-Rayyan; free visa provided for foreigners
