Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan Indian Nationals Preferred

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month and accommodation provided

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and performance

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry English speaking markets
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
