Sales Manager for Indian Market in Al-Rayyan

We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to oversee our Indian market in Al-Rayyan Qatar. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market in Al-Rayyan
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the region
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training and support as needed
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials for the Indian market
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities and market conditions

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in India or any other South Asian country
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in a competitive market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
• Familiarity with Indian culture, business practices and consumer behavior
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients needs

Salary: 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
