Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing broken fixtures, painting walls and ceilings, fixing leaks, and maintaining the overall appearance of buildings.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems that may require repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management.
• Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Install new fixtures or equipment as needed.
• Keep records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and precautions while performing duties.

• Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role is required.
• Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Good communication skills in order to interact with tenants or management.

The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar without sponsorship.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in building maintenance. English proficiency is not required for this role.
