Hotel Maintenance Engineer - Al-Rayyan, Egypt

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all hotel equipment and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and guest room amenities.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with hotel equipment or facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure efficient operation of all equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and costs.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff as needed.
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Salary: 1400$ per month
