Administrative Manager

Overview

A reputable company in Al-Wakra is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in both physical form and electronic databases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed by senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Manage the budget for office expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Contract and Benefits

This is a contract job with an attractive salary package of 1700$. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are interested in working in Al-Wakra. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as no prior experience is required. The company will provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
