Administrative assistant vacancy in Umm-Said Qatar
Administrative Assistant (Egyptian) We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with Egyptian nationality to join our team in the city of Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Dies and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and maintaining files
- Answer all incoming calls, emails and other communications in a timely manner
- Assist with data entry and paperwork filing
- Prepare reports for management review as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be of Egyptian nationality or origin
- Experience working in an administrative role desired but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
