Administrative Manager Position
Job location:
Al-Wakra, Qatar.
As an Administrative Manager, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations of our organization and work closely with the management team to ensure efficient functioning of all administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendar.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Manager or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local Qatar laws and regulations preferred.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Benefits:
