Administrative Director – Al-Wakra, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company and providing strategic direction and guidance.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills. The Administrative Director should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. The successful candidate should also be fluent in English (preferably Malayalee).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing strategies to ensure effective management of office operations
• Managing administrative staff and overseeing their daily activities
• Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
• Developing procedures to ensure efficient workflow of office operations
• Implementing best practices in administrative processes
• Setting goals/targets for office employees and monitoring their performance
• Resolving any administrative issues or complaints that arise
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all operations.
