We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of English-speaking Malayalees in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch support to our team.

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies
• Assist with document preparation and data entry tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

• Fluency in English is a must, along with knowledge of Malayalam preferred
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
