Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said Qatar
Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar. We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be an effective leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily cleaning operations of the hotel and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, delegate duties, and monitor performance.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they are kept in pristine condition.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Effective leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage complaints from guests or staff.
- Ability to keep accurate records of supplies and materials used to optimize the budget for cleaning operations.
