Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our luxury hotel in Umm-Said. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping department, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
• Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations.
• Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment used in a hotel setting.
• Proficient in budgeting and expense management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
