Housekeeping Manager Vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervision of staff.
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
• Develop and maintain an inventory system for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain communication with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Monitor housekeeping budget and control costs through efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new procedures or initiatives for improving cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
