Housekeeping Manager for Luxury Hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar

Our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar is seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Train, develop, and motivate housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that guest rooms are cleaned according to standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely turnover of rooms for arriving guests
• Handle any guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
• Maintain records and reports on departmental activities, expenses, and budget
• Implement and maintain safety procedures in compliance with hotel standards

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and use of cleaning equipment
• Proven track record of maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1200$ per month based on experience.
