Our luxury hotel in Umm-Said is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and be able to lead and motivate a team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• - Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• - Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained.
• - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• - Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping supplies.
• - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of requested items by guests.
• - Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing any guest concerns or requests.
• - Monitor expenses and maintain budget control for the housekeeping department.

• - Minimum 5 years experience in housekeeping management role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• - Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• - Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• - Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1700$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

The position is located in Umm-Said, Qatar. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates due to visa regulations.
