We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager for our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned according to hotel standards
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination for guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
• Develop and implement procedures for efficient workflow and cost control measures
• Conduct performance evaluations of housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement
• Manage schedules, shift changes, and vacation requests for housekeeping staff

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or resort setting
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in hospitality industry is preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in Umm-Said without sponsorship

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
