We are seeking a Consulting Manager with a strong focus on Digital Transformation and Process Optimization in the Energy sector to support our rapid growth in this area. As a professional within this space you’ll work Jurassic following business leaders to provide insights into operations transformations based on principles of operational excellence, asset‑management strategy and implementation, operating‑cost reductions and digital enablement to deliver operational efficiencies as per industry best practices.

These insights include opportunities for improvement at all phases of the value chain with an emphasis on upstream, midstream, downstream and alternative energy sources. As a Manager you’ll contribute to client engagements focused on Supply Chain digital transformation and Operations excellence in the Energy sector within EY’s Business and Technology Consulting practice. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll take accountability for leading delivery of key work streams and projects and managing your team to meet and exceed expectations.

You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and elevate these as appropriate. You’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the line. With EY’s commitment to quality you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next‑level reviewer. As an influential member of the team you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.
