Presales Engineer – ELV Systems

Overview

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Presales Engineer – Security Systems located in Doha, Qatar.

• Develop sales proposals, handle customer inquiries, and drive presales efforts to meet business objectives.
• Engage customers to understand requirements and build strong technical relationships.
• Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation.
• Design customized technical solutions, architectures, and proposals aligning with customer needs and company products portfolio.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific client scenarios.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical input, support bids, and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals.
• Contribute to sales materials, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and technical documentation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Handle multiple product distribution portfolio and drive presales efforts.

• 4–6 years of pre‑sales experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics & Communication.
• Deep understanding of ELV systems, including security surveillance & access control systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
