Staff Accountant

First Four Staffing has partnered with a well-established organization in Baldwin County seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join their growing team.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, and supporting general accounting functions within a multi-entity environment. Ideal candidates will have a solid accounting foundation, experience in reconciliations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• Accurately post and reconcile daily and monthly transactions to the general ledger
• Perform account reconciliations across multiple entities
• Handle bank reconciliations, income audits, sales tax reporting, and intercompany transactions
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist with period-end close processes and miscellaneous accounting tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
