This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Hartford, AL. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate financial documentation will be critical aspects of this role.

Must have:

• Strong knowledge of Quick Books, General ledger financial reporting, and accounting standards
• Proficiency in software tools for accounting and finance management
• Analytical skills and attention to detail for data accuracy and insights
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Microsoft office programs
• Experience in agriculture or a related industry is preferred but not a requirement.
