Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on executing cost analysis, maintaining accurate product costing, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable working closely with operations to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency.

Will consider recent college graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

This position will offer a Monday‑Friday 8‑5 schedule with a competitive salary and benefits package offered.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business strongly preferred. Will consider candidates without education requirement who have a minimum 10 years experience in an Accountant role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, governmental accounting standards, and corporate accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet analysis accurately.
• Strong mathematical aptitude coupled with solid understanding of debits & credits, journal entries, double‑entry bookkeeping and general ledger management.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and supporting audit processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision‑making purposes.
