Staff Accountant / Accounts Payable Accountant

- $50,000–$75,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Monitor AP aging reports and vendor statement reconciliations
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives within AP
- Maintain W-9 and 1099 documentation compliance
- Experience in a high-volume AP environment
- Strong foundation in general accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP system experience
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to AP automation tools such as , Tipalti, or Coupa is a plus
