Location: McIntosh
Austin Industrial is seeking a Field Office Manager to provide overall direction for jobsite accounting, payroll, and administrative support to project staff. This role oversees accounts payable/receivable, job-cost ledgers, and invoicing, working with subcontractors to ensure timely payments and proper documentation.
Responsibilities include coordinating payroll for hourly and salaried employees, processing invoices, and assisting in the monthly job status reports.
