Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Ready to take ownership of more than just the books? We’re partnering with a growing company to find a Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist who brings strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to be closely involved in the financial and administrative side of the business.

• Manage day-to-day AP/AR, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activity
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Handle cost accounting and job tracking
• Prepare month-end financial summaries and KPI dashboards
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Track job costs and help provide visibility into profitability
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed
• Partner with leadership and operations to help keep the business running smoothly

• Experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Experience with cost accounting and job tracking
• Comfortable working with financial reports, KPIs, and budgets
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Someone who is hands-on, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed
