Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting

• Set up new jobs in SAP and establish job folders
• Assist with Accounts Payable in SAP
• Administer contract billing in SAP
• Assist with the month-end close process
• Assist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statements
• Understand job costing reports from SAP
• Review UKG (Kronos) bi-weekly hourly timesheets
• Handle other administrative and accounting projects as needed
• Report to the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Up to 2 years of financial experience
• Familiarity with accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on many different projects at one time
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience
• SAP preferred

Demonstrates expertise in SAP for job setup, contract billing, and financial reporting, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy in financial statements and job costing reports.
