Duties to include but not limited to:
Clerical- Filing, answering phones, scheduling visitors
- Assist parents in completing the paperwork for new student registration; reach out to schools for current grades / transcripts
- Welcome and orient new students with rules and expectations, set up student liaisons to give tours, help with attaining IDs, bus numbers, lunches, etc
- Work with college registrars to send transcripts and grades for graduates; work with other systems to attain grades and transcripts for transfer students
- Assist counselors in triaging student concerns, managing appointments as needed, and overseeing conference room spaces
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft and Google suites as well as other digital platforms
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and colleagues
