Job Location:

- Process all incoming applications, including requests for documentation, tracking missing documentation, and ensuring applications are complete and ready for committee review.
- Answer incoming phone calls related to applications and the admissions process.
- Request, collect, and track provider forms.
- Follow up with providers regarding missing documents.
- Follow up with applicants regarding missing documents after provider follow up is exhausted.
- Upload and maintain accurate records in the CRM (IWDR).
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and ready for committee 1st review.
- Monitor the approved applicant Facebook page and respond to any admissions‑related questions.
- Prepare materials for committee review to ensure a smooth and compliant admissions process.
- Receive and process applications for all programs.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

- Minimum of two years related experience in customer service and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong skill in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before members of the public, volunteers, and other employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram/chart, or schedule form.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use fingers and hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear, lift up to 25lbs, and maintain close vision. These activities must be performed for specified portions of the workday.
Work EnvironmentWork may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, high and precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, weather conditions, and loud noises.
