Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The purpose of this seasonal position is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day-to-day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams.
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive)- Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner
- First line support for tracker for the repair shops
- Assist in preparing unbilled repair report
- Assist in updating repairs within tracker
- Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly
- Maintaining file system of invoices
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
