Provide administrative information and assistance to supervisors, staff and tenants on administration, housing/tenant management, time and attendance, budget and finance.;
Assist with budget formulation and budget execution duties including tracking and reconciling expenditures and preparing finance documents.;
Use computers and appropriate software for data collection, analysis and reporting.;
Procure goods and services under the micro purchase threshold; oversee supply functions including receiving and maintaining stock of office supplies.
