Seeking a Graduate Student Admin / Assistant for the Frances Smith Center for Individual and Family Therapy
ResponsibilitiesAssists with general office tasks including answering phones, working with client intakes, file audits, BBS documentation, and compiling/updating community referrals. The Graduate Student Assistant will also assist with making copies and maintaining clinical databases. The Graduate Student Assistant will work with the Frances Smith Center Director and the MFT Administrative Assistant on Frances Smith Center tasks as assigned. Additional duties may be assigned.
Required QualificationsMust be an enrolled graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program. The
student cannot be advancing into the clinic prior to Summer 2025. Knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite, Specificially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desired QualificationsCandidate must be motivated, goal-driven, detail oriented, work well with others, and
maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Previous office experience is a plus
