Purpose:
The Fellowship Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fellowship programs, the PGY-4 AIRE program, away and international rotations for residents, and rural labor & delivery rotations under the BRIDGE program, while ensuring compliance and seamless administrative execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate all fellowship programs and the PGY-4 AIRE program.
- Track and confirm away rotations, including international electives for all residents.
- Track and coordinate rural labor & delivery rotations performed by fellows and external fellows as part of the BRIDGE program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Medical Education Manager.
- Strong technical data management and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Close attention to detail, specifically for compliance and data entry.
- Ability to manage financial tracking and reconciliation.
- A minimum of two years of administrative experience in a professional medical setting or high school graduation with 3-5 years of related experience.
