With six years of experience in the industry, we take pride in delivering exceptional detailing services to our customers. We are currently seeking detail-oriented and hardworking individuals to join our team as Detailing Crew Members at Timbo’s Detailing. The Detailing Crew Member will play a crucial role in our daily operations, assisting with interior and exterior detailing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. No prior experience is necessary – we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

• Assist with interior and exterior detailing services, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles to company standards.
• Follow detailing processes and techniques as instructed by the Shop Manager or Lead Detailer to achieve high-quality results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing shop, ensuring tools, equipment, and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete detailing projects efficiently and effectively, supporting a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions, concerns, and requests as needed.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including shop maintenance, inventory management, and customer service tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting team members and collaborating to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
