The Project Officer is responsible for supporting technical project execution by assisting with planning, documentation, and coordination tasks. The role is closely supervised and involves learning through practical experience.

This job profile is intended for early-career professionals who apply broad theoretical knowledge and require the ability to investigate and analyse problems. Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member.

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Support project documentation and status tracking.
• Conduct basic risk analysis and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Learn and apply project management tools and techniques.

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
