Das erwartet Sie:
- Weiterentwicklung, Steuerung und Betreuung des internationalen Partnernetzwerks (Distributoren, Integratoren und Tochtergesellschaften) für verschiedene Fokusmärkte (z.
B. Halbleiter, Optik, Defense oder Aerospace) - Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, technischem Vertrieb, internen Fachabteilungen und dem Service
- Suche, Betreuung und Entwicklung von Vertriebspartnern
- Begleitung internationaler Kunden- und Partnerprojekte über den gesamten Vertriebszyklus, von der Annahme und Klärung von Anfragen über die (technische) Bedarfsermittlung bis hin zu Angebots-, Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen incl. Pflege im CRM-System
- Erstellung von Accountplänen und Forecasts für die Absatzmärkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern
- Kaufmännische Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Vertragsgrundlagen, Pricing- und Provisionsmodellen sowie Organisation der Exportkontrollprüfungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Analysen regionaler regulatorischer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partner und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Umsatz-, Markt- und Portfolioentwicklung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement sowie R&D zwecks Definition notwendiger Weiterentwicklungen des Produktportfolios für internationale Zielmärkte
- Mitwirkung an der Marketing- und Markteintrittsplanung für das jeweilige Marktsegment sowie Vertretung des Unternehmens auf internationalen Messen, Veranstaltungen sowie in relevanten Branchenverbänden innerhalb der Region EMEA

- Successfully completed technical study or alternatively a business administration study with technical training or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar function (preferably in technical B2B sales of complex investment goods)
- Good basic commercial knowledge (incl. contract law)
- Knowledge of relevant software tools (SAP, CRM system, MS Office, etc.)
- Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing, further foreign language skills are advantageous
- Occasional international travel readiness
- Team player with good communication skills
