• In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and efficiently
• Ensure all operational activities are conducted safely and reliably in full compliance with HAZMAT and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). requirements
• You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system
• Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standards
• Maintain, review and verify work order summaries to ensure timely shipments
• You will lead safety initiatives, including administering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
• Manage personnel fairly and consistently, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages motivation, information sharing, and employee empowerment

• You must have a high school diploma; a college degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience, along with at least 2+ years in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation
• You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Demonstrated reasoning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• You are self‑motivated with the proven ability to work independently and while maintaining a high level of accountability
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict in a fair and constructive manner
• This role requires basic computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new applications, and navigate all levels and areas of the facility

Pay range: $76,500 - $112,200
