Your Mission
Ensure the local implementation of the residential product strategy, transforming market insights and customer knowledge into concrete actions. The role requires a strong connection with the market, customers, and OPCOs to generate strategic information and guide decisions that ensure competitiveness and growth.
The TeamYou will report to the Product Manager Portfolio Residential Italy and work closely with both the local commercial area and the strategic Marketing structure of BDR Thermea. You will also have the opportunity to interact internally with the entire organization.
Main Activities You Will Be Involved In:- Collaborate in an international context to develop new products for the residential segment, using customer feedback (VOC) and market analysis to ensure competitive and relevant solutions.
- Align local priorities with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Translate the business strategy into concrete actions in the Italian market.
- Drive the growth of the residential segment in Italy, creating effective value propositions through products and services.
- Collect and analyze information on the market, customers, and competitors to define the strategy throughout the product life cycle (PLM), including: phase-in/phase-out, maturity, price positioning, sales, and promotions.
- Conduct market analysis (competition, local regulations, central and local needs) to support strategic decisions.
- You have a deep knowledge of managing HVAC residential products, coupled with an excellent commercial background.
- You know the marketing levers and the dynamics of this market.
- You have a degree in Engineering (Managerial, Energy) or related fields.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Product Management.
- You are predisposed to work in teams, even in international environments and in matrix organizations.
- You are skilled in analyzing market data and defining competitive strategies.
- You are results-oriented.
- You have a dynamic and proactive personality.
- You have excellent professional proficiency in English.
