Trillium Construction is seeking a bilingual safety tech near Calvert, AL.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with conducting field safety training in both English and Spanish.
- Facilitate and support:
- Fall Protection (FW) training
- Aerial Work Platform (AWP) training
- Other required safety orientations and toolbox talks.
- Perform routine field observations and safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coach employees on safe work practices and provide corrective guidance when needed.
- Document field observations, inspections, and training activities.
- Assist with incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standards.
- Maintain positive working relationships with field crews, supervisors, and management.
Pay rate is $38/hour plus Per Diem: $110 / day for days worked.
Schedule:
Mon
- Sat, 60h / week.
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 minimum
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
