ASPIRE Internship Program – Summer 2027

At Ben

E. Keith Company, our legacy is strong—and our future is even stronger. For more than a century, we've been leaders in fine food and premium beverage distribution, known for delivering excellence and building lasting partnerships. Today, our Food Division spans multiple states, and our Beverage Division brings top beverage brands to communities across Texas. But what truly sets us apart is our commitment to people.

We invest in our employees, empower growth, and create opportunities to make an impact—because when our people succeed, so do our customers and our business. Since 1906, that's been our promise.

Are you ready for a dynamic, hands-on internship that provides real exposure to the inner workings of a leading food service distributor? The ASPIRE Internship Program at Ben

E. Keith Foods is a paid, 11-week rotational experience designed to offer you a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the food service industry.

For over 100 years, Ben

E. Keith Foods has been a leader in the food distribution industry, specializing in purchasing, operations, logistics, credit, marketing, sales, and meat processing. We provide high-quality food products and services to restaurants across the United States, working across the entire food supply chain from sourcing to delivery. Our extensive experience and commitment to service excellence have made us a trusted partner in the industry.

Over the course of the internship, you'll rotate through multiple departments, gaining a well-rounded view of how our business operates. Areas of focus include administration (credit, accounting, HR), sales, operations, logistics, and purchasing. In each department, you'll engage in small, impactful projects that will deepen your understanding of the business. You'll also work on a group project with fellow interns, culminating in a final presentation to senior leadership.

Previous group projects have explored topics such as attracting, engaging and developing talent, identifying sales areas for penetration, solving supply chain challenges, and streamlining processes to reduce friction points.

By the end of the program, you'll have developed a solid understanding of the U.S. food supply chain and how Ben

E. Keith Foods plays a key role in it.
